The Iron Maidens are an all women dragon boat team established in 2017.  Our experience level ranges from just a few months to several years.  We practice Mondays and Thursdays from 6:45-7:45. 

We are a recreational team, with a competitive spirit! You will get a great one hour workout twice a week.  You will also have the opportunity to join an amazing group of women from ages and walks of life.  Dragon boating is a social sport that is hard work on the water but full of friendship off the water. 

Veterans of the sport as well as rookie paddlers are encouraged to contact us to join us in one of our practices.
