I am aware that by electronically submitting this membership application I am waiving certain rights which I or my next of kin, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns may have against Fort Langley Canoe Club and others.
• Conditions of Membership: I understand that by electronically submitting this membership application I agree to comply with all conditions of membership as displayed: Conditions of Membership
• Conditions of Associate Membership: Associate Memberships are for non-FLCC members who may operate a coach/safety boat from time to time or for individuals with special circumstances, determined by the FLCC Board of Directors. I understand that by electronically submitting this membership application I agree to comply with all conditions of membership as displayed: Conditions of Associate Membership
• Code of Conduct: I understand that by signing this application form I agree to comply with all terms of the Members’ Code of Conduct as displayed: Members Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy
• Allocation:  You may allocate $50 from a Single Membership, $30 from a 2nd Membership and $10 from a 3rd and subsequent Membership from your fee to the club or a division or you may split the allocation between divisions and/or the club. If money is not allocated to divisions this money will go to the club.
