SIGNUP FOR AN ERG ORIENTATION SESSION

The new KayakPro Dragon Boat Erg is now set up and ready to be used. It is provided as part of BCS’s Athletic Training Center for the development and testing of Dragon Boat paddlers. Prior to using the DB Erg, all users MUST participate in an orientation/training session (even if you have used the older Erg’s in the past).  If you are interested in using the DB Erg, please sign up below for one of the 3 sessions offered – first come, first serve as there will be a maximum of only 8 participants per session. If all sessions are filled, please add yourself to the waitlist and we will add additional sessions.

If you cannot make these scheduled sessions, please reach out to other paddlers on your team or within the club (minimum of 6 paddlers / no maximum if this is your team) and we will arrange a session for you and your teammates.  Please email the names to treasurer@fortlangleycanoeclub.ca and we will set up a training session that works for you and for the trainers.
