Big Canoe Drop-ins, Saturdays & Special Paddles
Drop-in is free to members of FLCC. For non-members, it is a chance to try a fun and exciting sport. Signing a waiver is required and there is a fee of $10.00/person. Exact change please. Non-members download waiver here.
Minimum number of paddlers/steer during freshet is 8. Minimum number of paddlers/steer during regular flow is 6.

Meet at Canoe Dock (Marina Park). Sign-up by 5:00 pm, Friday. The determination to go or cancel will be made at that time.

Big Canoe, Joint Day Trip with Pitt Meadows Paddling Club, August 22nd
DETAILS:
Meet at Grant Narrows at 9:15 am. Car pooling from Langley (8:30) will be arranged the week before. Bring your paddle and PFD, lunch, dress for the weather.

3 Day Paddle on Savona Lake and Upper Thompson River
DETAILS:
Meet at 1.00pm on Thursday Sept 4th to load and finalize transportation for the drive into the Savona area where we will set up camp at one of the camping sites( to be determined) Car pooling may be necessary and will be arranged a few days before. Bring your paddle and PFD, lunches, camping gear and dress for the weather.
Costs will be shared by the participants and include:
Boat usage, Trailering to and from the Thompson River, - approx $100/ person
Additional costs - Camp sites, Food, Car pooling ( if necessary)
Paddle, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
