"Cranberry Races"
Our annual Voyaguer canoe Cranberry Races are held on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, in conjunction with the Fort Langley Cranberry Festival.
Teams of ten paddlers compete in two morning races around a circular course which may qualify them for a position in the Cranberry Final in the afternoon. The final race involves fun events such as the pumpkin pickup and the cranberry juice beach run.
Join us as a spectator or paddler. And come enjoy the many other events happening in the village for Cranberry Festival.

This is the largest Robert Burns Supper in the City of Vancouver, serving 500 people. It is a gala multicultural event featuring music, poetry, dance and singalongs - mixing traditional and contemporary Chinese, Scottish, Chinese-Canadian, Scottish-Canadian, and even Chinese-Scottish-Canadian culture together. This event has been featured in media stories around the world, and CBC television created a television performance special based on the dinner's concepts for airing in 2004 and 2005. Dinner is a 10 course meal featuring Chinese banquet food, plus dim sum appetizers that include deep-fried haggis won ton. Value is $65 each. Winners will be seated at the Gung Haggis dragon boat team table - so they will be with fellow paddlers. If the winners want to purchase extra tickets, they can contact Todd
